This is my second pair of Atrium8 speakers. I lost a pair when we sold our house. I tried to replace them, but it was during the worst of COVID-19 shortages, and I could not find a new pair. So, I listened to a half dozen top-rated speakers and settled on Klipsch AW-650. The Klipsch speakers are great - responsive, efficient, precise, and clear. But, I felt like they were missing something that the Atrium8 speakers had. When Atruim8 speakers got back into circulation, I ordered a pair, just because I needed to hear a comparison between the Klipsch and the Polk Audio sounds. Well, the Atrium8 speakers are better. They are not a crisp or precise as the Klipsch, but the Polk speakers are warmer and make me feel like I am a part of the music. In comparison, the Klipsch speakers make me feel like I am witnessing a very high end listening experience, but I am an observer, not a participant. That may sound odd, but the Polk Audio Atrium8 speakers are simply more enjoyable, more immersive, and, I believe, more like being in a studio. If they fail, I will get another pair.
