Do you offer remote service calls?
Absolutely, If we can fix it with you over the phone we are glad to help. Remote service is not only faster to solve most problems, but we offer over the phone service calls at a reduced rate. Cheaper and faster... you can't beat it!

What support can I expect during and after installation?
We offer end-to-end support, including in-home assessments, system design, technical drawings, control programming, hands-on product education, and ongoing post-installation service. From your first consultation to your final system tune-up, we are with you at every step.
Do I need a subscription or pay a monthly fee for support services?
No. ListenUp does not require monthly subscriptions. We provide expert service when you need it, whether it's remote troubleshooting, easy system resets, or on-site help. You only pay for the support you actually use.
How quickly can I get help if there’s a problem?
We offer rapid response support. In many cases, you can expect a response from our tech support team the same day. For extremely urgent issues, we provide emergency assistance, including after-hours and weekend service.
What are your service hours?
