Founded in 1972 by college friends Walt Stinson, Mary Kay Stinson and Steven Weiner (shown right to left, above), ListenUp has had quite an impact for a relatively small company. We did the sound system and radio broadcasts for the legendary Ebbets Field nightclub in downtown Denver, as well as the old Rainbow Music Hall on East Evans. In 1983, ListenUp was instrumental in the American rollout of the Compact Disc, selling more CD players than any other dealer in the country! And in 2009, ListenUp co-founder Walt Stinson was inducted into the Consumer Electronics Hall of Fame in the same class as Apple’s Steve Jobs. To find out more, click on the tabs above.
