Roswell, NM project takes Bronze Award award for
Best Smart Home of the Year $150K and above
For the 13th year in a row, Electronic House and CEPro magazines are honoring the best smart home installations with their annual “Home of the Year” awards. Contest winners are recognized for their level of integration and engineering, and specific ways in which the technology has enhanced the lives of the people who use it. Winners will be feted at a special awards presentation at the CEDIA Expo to be held Sept. 4-8, 2018 in San Diego, and featured on ElectronicHouse.com and in CEPro magazine.
We were recently notified that ListenUp is the winner of the Bronze Award (for Best Smart Home of the Year $150K and Above) for our Roswell, NM project. We thank the publishers of Electronic House and CEPro for this prestigious prize!
This unique whole-houses system is part of a 5-1/2-acre estate and includes a 10,000-square-foot main house and a separate two-story, six-car garage with dedicated theater/game room/bar on the second floor. The two buildings are connected via 10GB fiber optic cabling, so TVs and speakers in the garage can access content from the main building, and vice versa.
