Q: Isn’t shipping really expensive for electronic equipment?
A: We offer fast, FREE SHIPPING on most items

How does FREE ground shipping on all orders sound? Yeah, we thought you might like that. Can’t wait another day? Trust us, we get it. Overnight, 2-day and 3-day options are also available. Products typically ship the same day if ordered before 2 p.m. Mountain Time, and the vast majority of our products ship within two business days. Items requiring freight shipping are not eligible for expedited shipping

Q: How will I know the status of my order?
A: We provide timely order confirmation, shipment notification and tracking information

When you place an order you’ll receive an automatically generated email with an order number. Once your order is in the shipping process, you’ll receive another email with a tracking number (please note that this tracking number is usually not active in the UPS system until after 6 p.m. Mountain Time.)

Q: What if I’m unhappy with my purchase?
A: We offer a 60-day Money-back Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, neither are we. You can either exchange it for a different product or we’ll refund your money — it’s totally up to you. Just contact us for a Return Authorization number, make sure the product is in like-new condition, and pack everything (including remote, owner’s manual, power cord, etc.) securely in the original packaging.

Items that are specially delivered, such as some larger televisions, floorstanding speakers and furniture, are not included in this offer. If a product is defective or damaged, however, there is no charge for returning it, and there is no restocking fee as long as all of the original equipment is complete and returned in good condition.
