Our Service Division (303-778-1214) has an experienced repair staff that can fix all the products we sell. We also have a staff of field technicians who can come right to your home to take care of any problems with larger components such as big screen TVs.
Our computerized repair department handles up to 100 different brands of equipment, including replacement lamps for just about every type of rear-projection digital TV. With a combined experience level of more than 50 years in electronics and a huge parts inventory, you can get your component repaired quickly. Call the store nearest you to arrange for dropping off your component.

Scheduled service call rates during normal office hours:
$95.00 per hour, plus $48.00 travel charge within 35 miles of a Denver Metro ListenUp location (excludes Colorado Springs).
After-hours/emergency service rates in the Denver Metro area:
Weekday evenings and Saturdays: $135.00 per man hour, 1/2 hour minimum, plus $48.00 travel charge
Sundays and holidays: $180.00 per man hour, 1/2 hour minimum, plus $48.00 travel charge
