In-home and emergency service
ListenUp maintains a staff of field technicians who can come right to your home to diagnose — and in most cases repair — any problems you might have. These highly qualified experts are also available for after-hours emergency service.

Scheduled service/installation rates during normal hours:
$95.00 per man hour within 35 miles of a Denver Metro ListenUp location.

Scheduled service call rates during normal office hours:
$95.00 per hour, plus $48.00 travel charge within 35 miles of a Denver Metro ListenUp location. (excludes Colorado Springs)
Programming rates are $125 per hour.

$135.00 per man hour, 1/2 hour minimum, plus $48.00 travel charge

System documentation:
When you have system designed and installed by ListenUp, our engineering department creates block diagrams, flow charts, autocad drawings and extensive system notes. This documentation enables more efficient servicing of your system and makes it easier to determine and implement future upgrades.

Custom System Warranty
A lot of electronics dealers have a “one and done” philosophy. They’re happy to make a one-time sale of a component or system, but they’re really not interested in the commitment it takes to provide comprehensive support. At ListenUp we believe in cultivating long term relationships with our clients, and that’s why our Custom Division backs up every system we create with a 3-year Custom System Warranty on all the equipment and services we provide.

This no-hassle protection covers any service-related charges for repair due to product or wiring failure, as well as annual maintenance of your system. It is supported by ListenUp's locally based repair facility and in-home service staff. The warranty includes one free site visit per year to evaluate the system and identify any potential issues or concerns. Improve your HDTV’s Performance
Most televisions are set at the factory to look their best in bright showrooms and to outshine the competition. Take that same TV and put it in a dark room in your home, and the picture will look nothing like it should.

The performance of any TV can be significantly improved by a ListenUp calibration. Our service technicians have been trained by the ISF (Imaging Science Foundation) to understand the parameters of quality video, options for obtaining the most accurate reproduction of an incoming signal, the effect of room environment on picture quality, and the procedures for proper calibration. Utilizing sophisticated test equipment, our technicians access the TV’s service menu to carefully adjust and calibrate each parameter of picture quality.

If you own a front projector or high-quality display, watch high-resolution programming, have a dedicated viewing room or watch TV in a dark room, you are a good candidate for a calibration.
