In-home and emergency service
ListenUp maintains a staff of field technicians who can come right to your home to diagnose — and in most cases repair — any problems you might have. These highly qualified experts are also available for after-hours emergency service.

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Scheduled service call rates during
normal office hours:
$95.00 per hour, plus $48.00 travel charge within 35 miles of a Denver Metro ListenUp location. (excludes Colorado Springs)
After-hours/emergency service in the Denver Metro area (see rates below):

Emergency weekday evenings and Saturdays: $135.00 per man hour, 1/2 hour minimum, plus $48.00 travel charge
Emergency Sunday and holidays:
$180.00 per man hour, 1/2 hour minimum, plus $48.00 travel charge
System documentation:
When you have system designed and installed by ListenUp, our engineering department creates block diagrams, flow charts, autocad drawings and extensive system notes. This documentation enables more efficient servicing of your system and makes it easier to determine and implement future upgrades.
