This unit has been refurbished at Velodyne’s own factory and is in perfect working order, although it may have very minor cosmetic damage. Because we are an authorized Velodyne dealer it comes with the full 2-year manufacturer warranty as well as the original box and owner’s manual.

Velodyne brings the power and precision of Digital Signal Processing (DSP) to a new series of very affordable, high-performance, remote-controlled subwoofers. The Distortion Limiting System (DLS-R) Series consists of four subwoofers, (DLS-3500R, DLS-3750R, DLS-4000R and DLS-5000R) ranging in driver size from 8" to 15" with power ratings from 160 Continuous to 600 Watts (350 to 1,000 Dynamic Watts).

The smallest in the series, the DLS-3500R features an 8" forward firing driver (6.3" piston diameter) and a high quality Class A/B amplifier that provides160 Watts of continuous power (350 Watts Dynamic). The custom designed "Extended Excursion" driver is engineered with a vented pole-piece that increases power handling and assures long-term reliability. The Dual layer large copper wound voice coil is specifically matched with a massive 2.5 lb. Magnet to provide dynamic bass you can actually feel.

Each subwoofer features four presets on its remote control for movies, rock music, jazz/classical and games, allowing you to select the perfect bass without ever leaving your chair. All the adjustments of these subwoofers can be made using the remote, including volume control, night mode, low-pass crossover and phase. The DLS-R Series deliver bass the way it was meant to be heard - loud and deep with incredible impact and lower distortion.

In addition, the front panels of these subwoofers add a beautiful, high-quality touch. Finished with 15 coats of high-gloss, hand-buffed, black lacquer, the front baffles of the DLS-R subwoofers convey the class and extraordinary value of this unique new series.
